• During the first 30 days trial period, you may cancel at any time. You will NOT be charged.
  
• At the end of the 30 day trial period, your account will automatically be placed into one of the package plan tiers based on your actual backup data usage for the month. You will not need to do anything and your service will continue. See ‘billing terms’ below.
  
• You will be able to see your total data usage by logging in to your account at any time and you have total control over how much is being backed up.
  
• Your data will always be backed up no matter what. Security and reliability always comes first.

  
  Billing Terms and Conditions

• Your billing package is determined by calculating the average daily usage from all PC’s in your account over the past 30 days. The monthly fee shall be based on the calculated daily average for the preceding month.
  
• With the exception of the free trial period, you will be billed monthly from the point at which you started your service and you will receive monthly email receipts.
  
• If at any time, your total data usage for the month should fall within a lower package tier, your monthly billing amount will automatically be lowered to match the lower tier.
  
• You may increase your data storage usage into the next package level tier of service at any time. You will be notified via email prior to this billing change, and you’ll have this advanced notice of changing your data usage.
  
• Your monthly billing package level will be automatically moved to the higher tier if your total data exceeds the allotment of your current package level.
  
• You may add or remove additional PC's at any time. Data usage is calculated as an aggregate among all PC's in your account, and the total combined usage will determine your single billing package tier.
